By using the services provided by Driven by Pets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pet Health and Safety
All pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases at the time of transport.
If a pet shows signs of illness or aggressive behavior, Driven by Pets reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or special needs prior to transport.
2. Proper Containment
Pets must be transported in secure, appropriate carriers or with proper restraints (as required by law).
For their safety, pets are not permitted to ride unrestrained inside the vehicle.
3. Punctuality and Cancellations
Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time. A grace period of 10 minutes is provided; additional waiting time may incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, Driven by Pets is not responsible for any injury, illness, or unforeseen incident that may occur during transport.
In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to seek immediate veterinary attention at the owner’s expense.
5. Behavior and Aggression
Aggressive or uncontrollable pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.
If a pet poses a danger to the driver or other animals, service may be denied or terminated immediately.
6. Owner’s Responsibility
The pet owner is responsible for all belongings sent with the pet.
We are not liable for lost or damaged items (e.g., leashes, collars, toys, crates).
7. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
